        Sure, and that meaning means something to the people that use it unironically. At best you’re calling Musk a legitimate strongman for “dominating” the POTUS.

          Elon Musk wouldn’t be a literal strongman, if only because he doesn’t officially run a country. Though he does behave similarly in running his companies. Strongman might be the wrong word. Narcissist might be better. I think with those types, Trump can find himself needing to defer to bigger narcissists than himself.
