I posted a while ago griping that I worked for a fascist, until ppl convinced me to delete it for safety since I still felt I needed him at that time. No more! I found a new job, working for a vegan (🥳), and quit my job at Awning Tracker. I timed it just after a paycheck so I didn’t do any work I didn’t get paid for. Didn’t warn him at all, or even tell him I was leaving so it’ll be a few days before he realizes I’m not doing any more for him.

Considering also emailing all his customers to tell them about his views. I’m afraid of retaliation though. I don’t know how much there is to be afraid of.

Give some thought to the workers you left behind. They, like you previously, may need the job. Maybe work on getting those who felt as you do to find other jobs.

Congratulations! If it’s not too weird for you and your boss doesn’t know where to hunt you down, do consider using work email to send an alert to all clients that the boss is a fascist. However i looked up the company name and it appears to be some kind of business software so clients may just not care…

Enjoy your new life! PS: don’t forget to update us when you drop your vegan boss to start a workers coop (or stop working at all) ;)
