As we all know shitposting on an online left wing board is fun but it might not always improve working class conditions around the world. It’s important to put your ideology into practice whichever way is possible in your real life.

So what do you guys do to put your ideology into practice?

I myself am member of a Marxist political party where I do outreach and try to educate people on marxist ideology. I am also a Union member where I participate in strikes and protests for example. On a smaller scale I’m also engaged in a sticker war with far right stickers around my city, which sadly is an ongoing battle as we speak.

I live in a country where police brutality is not on the level of lets say the US.

Ah, there’s the difference. I’m stuck in the U.S… and dark skinned… and autistic…

I have been caught in some gnarly situations either with police or with right wing activists and while it’s scary, I’d rather put up a fight and either win or lose than just do nothing and accept my defeat.

I’m in agreement; but the idea of prison still seems scary to me. I’m aware of the awful treatment of neurodiverse prisoners.
