    No one knows more than me that a rough debate is not the sum total of the person and their record,

    Let’s just hope voters remember that. The Fetterman senate election is a good analogy here. Celeb vs moderate with a speech impediment.

      Now that you mention it, the debates between Fetterman and Oz were a lot like the last presidential debate. Oz was put together and crazy, and Fetterman kinda mumbled his way through and didn’t do too well.

        Not sure what you mean. Biden has a speech impediment, always has. Fetterman had a stroke, so that’s why I said they both had one

          Find a single speech pre2008 where he sounded anything like he did the other night or any pre2008 speech where there is an audible speech impediment. He may have one but it’s not detectable. What you will find through is numerous speeches where he’s lying through his teeth or supporting white nationalists and right wing ideology
