I propose the state stops flying drones and blaming them on foreign actors when it’s all a stunt to distract the public from Luigi and it’s all bullshit anyway.
South did this episode. Let’s skip to the part with the sex doll.
Shooting bullets into the air is a good way to get people killed. They just become ballistics, and what goes up must come down.
It’s because drones have potential to be a legitimate threat to the monopoly on violence.
Lol, some hobbyist who doesn’t watch the news is about to have a baaaaaad day ☹️
I think most hobby drone pilots know to check for TFRs at least.
I’m not a drone hobbyist and I do my best to check for TERFs. 😌
CEO? I swear officer, I thought it was a drone.
CEOs are drones for the shareholders.
I propose we call this “breakly force” from now on.
I bet real estate companies are seriously pissed off about this. They are getting very reliant on drone photography for properties.
Screw real estate middlemen who do nothing
Apart from save you a hell of a lot if time and effort selling a house yourself. I don’t love the industry, but they do offer a useful service for people without the time and the energy to do it themselves.
But they also demand way too much money. Selling a $400,000 house to a real estate investor shouldn’t come include 2 $12,000 commission checks for the agents.
I don’t disagree, but what other options are there?
First step is to revoke the trademark on the word “Realtor.”
The only way to use that word is to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, which is a private lobby that spends most of its money governments, people, and companies that if you aren’t a realtor you aren’t a real estate agent.
Houses for sale usually have locks on the front to let agents access the home, but those Sentrilocks are only accessible to realtors. So the NAR essentially has a monopoly on home sales, and monopolies increase prices.
I can buy a keypad lock box on Amazon right now…
I’d be more inclined to look at state licensing and paperwork standards if you’re looking for barriers to entry.
I am all for that, but like I said, for now, as far as I can tell, the options are a realtor or you sell it yourself. I would love to hear other options (especially in Indiana) because we will be selling our house next year.
There are Real Estate Agents that aren’t realtors. But they’re rare because of issues like the lock boxes that prevent buyers agents from being able to show a house if they aren’t a realtor.
I know someone who became a licensed realtor so he could sell his own house and take/save the commission.
I don’t think they are using large drones that require a pilot’s license. Probably small hobby drones are used in real estate.
Any drone usage “in furtherance of a business” requires a license.

No, but your payload will likely take it over the weight limit for hobbyist non commercial flights, and then you need a license again 😇
Interesting, thanks.
I don’t think they are.
“There are drones, and they are frightening stupid people! Shoot them!”
This is going to get good when a passenger airplane is shot down.
It’s already illegal to shoot at things in the sky unless you’re a government agent or soldier. And they aren’t about to start dropping things unless drones are getting in the way of stuff on the joint military base in NJ or at Newark Liberty Airport.
I wish they’d ban them everywhere except your own private property, or areas designated for rc plane flying. Also, land owners should have the right to shoot any drone flying over their property down.
Why do you feel that way?
But I thought it was just satellites and meteors and bad captures of airplanes on cellphone cameras. That’s what we’ve been told. Who would have thunk 🤔
