At first I thought its 2br, but this is just median rent in general, probably ignoring any details besides that.
I live super rural in a rural state and rent out here is like 1k, and we’re like 2.5hrs away from any sort of reasonably sized city every which way.
That’s outrageous still. Rent has gone up so damn quickly in the last few years. Less than a decade ago i was paying $500 in rent less than 2 miles from the beach in Tampa.
