I usually eat something I don’t have all that often or that I shouldn’t have all that often lol.
Nice, any good examples? I usually eat too fast to truly enjoy it and then get bloated and tense. Maybe I’m just not used to the food that supposed to be eaten slowly, with appreciation.
For me it’s usually Indian food.
Me personally: I keep journal of video recordings where I describe my experience on the way to achievement, all the stress and pain points that are finally solved now
