    Testifying is under oath, so bloviating like he does can result in actual consequences.

    That’s my guess, anyway.

        He’d constantly be on the phone to news max, Fox, and Oann. No need to bother with an incoherent book.

      As he already learned in other defamation cases, you don’t have to be under oath to say things that will cost you a lot of money. But when you’re under oath, the potential consequences are larger.
