There are a lot of people who live with their parents. You’ll probably be able to find someone who that isn’t a deal breaker for.
You probably won’t get sick and if you do most of the time food poisoning gets better fast. Swai can be very watery and hard to get a good consistency out of. I think the best way to cook it is to pan fry on relatively low heat.

American football has got to go. Too many people get permanent brain damage from it and there’s really no way to fix that. Although it seems like most Americans will have permanent brain damage from Covid reinfections soon enough anyway, so maybe American football isn’t the biggest deal.
Golf is a no brainer. Golf courses should only exist on land that’s totally useless for anything else.
You also shouldn’t take it with certain diuretics. Herbs and supplements are things you should use caution with in general. I know I read on my own licorice root tea box that it shouldn’t be taken for more than maybe four weeks at a time, too. So give it a break for a week every so often, but if your blood pressure is just normal it’s probably not a problem.
Licorice root can raise your blood pressure so exercise caution and use a sphygmomanometer if you’ve got one lying around.

Look into ifs - there’s probably a part of you that’s trying to protect you from that feeling. If you can imagine and talk to that part you may be able to find the source of your need to protect yourself like that. Then you can address what that part needs from you emotionally and ask it to let you feel grief again. With enough time and repetition you should be able to make that change in your mind.

Radishes are good as a starting point for pickling and fermentation. And if you eat them raw (grated or chewed thoroughly) they’re good for your digestion. They put out digestive enzymes when chewed thoroughly and because they contain a lot of water they can hydrate your stool and help with constipation. They have a lot of fiber too which can help with dysbiosis.
