The idea in another comment here to require submitters to actually write a bit about the link they submit is good as it reduces the low effort drive-by spam and hopefully makes them actually read the article (but sadly that doesn’t help much when people have extreme cognitive bias).
Sure, hence me requesting /c/europe as it is currently unmoderated and no rules are in place / enforced.
